Library Characterization
ChronoVA™/LC
ChronoVA™/LC is cell library characterizer for SSTA using SAP technique.
It reads original Liberty format (.lib file) and adds statistic data used
in ChronoVA™/SSTA. The data is coded in user definable attributes
of Liberty format, the output Liberty called "Liberty+" is fully
compatible with the existing STA flow, that means the same library file
can be used for both ChronoVA™/SSTA and existing STA.
ChronoVA™/LC generates variation model including cell delay, transition
time and pin capacitance. Global variation model supports input parameters,
L, VTN and VTP as well as environmental parameters, VDD, temperature, VNSUB
and VPSUB.
