Library Characterization
ChronoVA™/LC

ChronoVA™/LC is standard cell library characterizer, taking the uniqe approach of generateing Anova's Nonlinear Continuous Cell Model (NCCM), ChronoVA™/LC can quickly generating industry standard liberty library for different PVT corners. It can interface with industry simulators such as : HSPICE. It supports today's current source timing models such as ECSM and CCS.

ChronoVA™/LC generates statistical timing model from NCCM for SSTA using S.A.P technique. It adds statistic model to liberty library as extension. The library is fully compatible with the existing STA flow, that means the same library file can be used for both ChronoVA™/SSTA and existing STA.
